1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To open and use an account with Betway Casino, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of New Zealand. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification at any point. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth or address — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account. You may hold only one account with us. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Winnings generated in a duplicate account may be voided. If you accidentally create more than one account, contact our support team immediately to have the duplicate closed — this approach is treated far more favourably than attempting to maintain multiple accounts. We also reserve the right to refuse registration to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is not permitted under local law.
Your account must be registered in your own name and used only by you. Allowing a third party to use your account — including family members — is a breach of these terms. Any winnings obtained through use of another person's account may be voided, and the account may be closed. This rule exists to protect both you and the integrity of our responsible gambling systems; limits and exclusions only work correctly when accounts are operated by the person they belong to.
2. Deposits and Payment Methods
We accept deposits via POLi, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, and other methods listed in the cashier. The minimum deposit is NZ$10 across all payment methods. All deposits must be made from payment methods held in your own name — we do not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a payment is received from a third-party account, it will be refunded to the originating account and any gameplay funded by that payment may be voided. Deposits are processed in NZD. 4. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
All bonuses we offer — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and any promotional credits — are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated on the specific bonus offer page, the wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus funds only, not to your deposited real-money balance. 5. Responsible Gambling Obligations
We operate a responsible gambling programme that includes deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, reality check alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available under Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. We are required under our licensing obligations to enforce these tools fairly and consistently. Reductions to limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusions and cool-off periods cannot be reversed before the elected period has elapsed. By creating an account, you confirm that gambling is not a source of stress or financial hardship for you at the time of registration. 6. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting live chat or emailing our support team. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded via your last deposit method, subject to KYC verification being complete. We may close your account without prior notice if we identify a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, suspected bonus abuse, or a violation of our responsible gambling obligations. In cases where account closure follows confirmed fraud or terms violation, we reserve the right to withhold funds. 7. Technical Issues and Disputes
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, we will investigate using server-side game logs to determine the correct outcome. If a game result was affected by a technical error on our end, the round may be voided and your wager refunded. In cases where the outcome was generated correctly but a display error occurred, the server-side result stands. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently audited by eCOGRA and iTech Labs. Results are provably fair and cannot be influenced by us or by players after the fact. If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact our support team with the game round ID (visible in your game history). We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
